Mr. Jagdish Ahuja started off initially in his family business of import and exports. In 1984, he ventured into the civil construction business with a dream to create quality homes. His father, a successful businessman from pre- independence India, Mr. Bhagwandas Ahuja, taught him the unfailing trait of making products of great quality and at the same time giving the consumer value for his money. These qualities are what he carried with him when he started Ahuja Constructions. Now with 35 years of business experience and over 20 years of construction and development, he has endeavoured to reach new heights with every project he undertakes.
Mr. Gautam Ahuja
Managing Director

Growing up, Mr.Gautam Ahuja had no doubts in his mind as to what he would eventually become. In fact, as soon as he completed his graduation, he jumped into the thick of things at Ahuja Constructions. Today, he leads his team with the same feel for flamboyance and the same eye for detail as his father. He travels to different corners of the world to procure the best that the world has to offer, to ensure that every project holds its own against the best in the world. Consequently, the world-class quality provided by the group sets benchmarks and is an aspiration for others in the business.

Mr Rawlani comes with a rich business experience of 25 years. 15 of these have been spent with the group where he leads a highly motivated team. Being a very encouraging and hands on leader, he ensures that everything in the office is on track and runs smoothly.
Mr. Mukesh Jaitely

Mr. Mukesh Jaitely has over 25 years of experience in the field of construction, real estate development and project management. He has executed several reputed projects during his career and has been responsible for coordinating design development, planning as well as project management. As a leader his motto is to always contribute towards the growth of the organisation through innovation.
Mr. Naresh Dewan
Head - Finance

For more than 25 years, Mr. Dewan has worked his way up the ladder with his acumen for Capital Management, Accounts Receivables and Investment Banking. He currently heads the Finance team along with Rajesh Wadhwa and Dinesh Divecha (Assistant General Managers – Finance and Accounts).

Mr. Sharan Lund, Bachelors in Architecture from University of Mumbai, and certification in Construction Business Management, N.I.C.M.A.R. has over 7 years of industry experience. Mr. Lund has been associated with the design of Ahuja Group’s prestigious projects for over the past two years and is now on board the architecture and design team at Ahuja Constructions.

What would a world-class construction company be without a capable architect? At the helm of affairs in this department, is Ms. Sonali Bagwadkar, an architect who brings with her, an experience of 12 years and a knack of making every project sound in terms of aesthetics and quality.

Heading the Project Management team is Mr. B Gunaseelan, with over 25 yrs of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the operations at the construction sites of all projects. He supervises the workforce and technical requirements of all the engineers working on these sites.
Mr. Shyam Hemrajani
Head - Liasioning

Mr. Shyam Hemrajani brings to the table, vast and varied experience spanning four decades. He—along with his 2-member team—forms the pivot around which all other construction activities are focused. His role is extremely vital as he handles liasioning and is the Government interface, besides technical and administrative advice on critical issues.

Heading the Project Finance division is Mr Nilesh Belsare with a multifaceted professional skill-set evolved around origination and execution of M&A, capital market, structured finance and private equity advisory assignments. He has worked with highly reputed investment banking and private equity groups and has around 13 years of work experience.
